Casa Azahara is a large 400 year old townhouse that has been delightfully renovated in traditional Moorish/Andalucian style and now offers comfortable accommodation to let in the main house and a private one bedroom self catering apartment, accessed through two pretty internal courtyards.

The house can be found in a small street just off the Plaza Almijara which is the main village square of Competa and is ideally situated for visiting the many excellent bars and restaurants, yet remains peaceful within.

ACCOMMODATION

The self contained apartment with double and singe bed is accessed through the main house and has a private entrance from a sunny courtyard leading to a cosy sitting room with TV/DVD (Spanish TV), fully equipped kitchen, large twin bedroom, shower room with hand basin and toilet. There is a table and chairs in the pretty courtyard for relaxing in the sun.

The main house cosists of twin bedroom with ensuite shower room accessed from a sunny courtyard.
LSitting room with Sky TV/DVD, private bathroom and access to roof terraces.
1 x double and 2 x single bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms in the main house.
All ensuite rooms have tea/coffee making facilities. All There is a large rustic style kitchen accessed through the Andaluz patio and cool dining area in the reception. The house and apartment can be rented together or seperately but never by two different parties at the same time.

Guests have access to the pool and sun loungers throughout the summer at the Hotel Balcon de Competa with spectacular views to the Med and only five minutes walk from Casa Azahara. (small entry fee)
